Alliance, is a leading professionally managed security and facility management organization providing seamless security, manpower, and facility management services to a large number of offices, commercial buildings, manufacturing sectors, hotels, and various other Educational institutions & Industries.

Alliance was incorporated in 2008 and has since grown in strength to make its indomitable presence in Uttarakhand, UP, HP & Delhi-NCR. Alliance's focus has always been on quality deliverables, and we have a qualitative operational mechanism in terms of people, processes, infrastructure, hardware, and software to become a forerunner in delivering innovative ideas and solutions to our clients. Our clear vision is to provide value-added services, offering specific solutions to our client's concerns and executing these solutions swiftly and innovatively.

Alliance is also a company driven by integrity and enjoys a reputation like our clients for honest and reliable business conduct. We have our presence in the state of Uttarakhand, Western UP, DNCR, Ponta Sahib & Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. We are in the process of expanding our footprint in the states of Haryana, Rajasthan and J&K.

For me, progress has never been a distant dream—it has always been a reality waiting to be realized. Every milestone is not an endpoint but a stepping stone to the next. With this mindset, I founded Alliance Group, a security firm, in 2008.

From the outset, Alliance Group took the road less traveled, navigating an industry that demands precision, technological expertise, and specialized knowledge. But my vision extended beyond global expansion—I saw Alliance as a force for excellence, delivering superior security solutions at competitive prices while setting new industry benchmarks.

With an exceptional team by my side, we have overcome challenges and propelled Alliance to global prominence. Yet, this is just the beginning. With the right people and trusted clients, we will continue to break new ground, redefine standards, and achieve even greater milestones in the years ahead.

Many people underestimate the importance of standards in security services. It’s not just about hiring security personnel and placing guards at various locations—it’s about fostering a culture of accountability that must be embedded within the security services industry.

In present Era, private security companies play a crucial role in safeguarding installations, office premises, and industries. However, assessing the quality of security services and personnel remains a significant challenge.

This makes it essential for clients to thoroughly evaluate a security provider’s operations, office infrastructure, and training programs before finalizing a contract. After all, they are not just hiring individuals but an entire organization responsible for oversight and comprehensive security management.

With the implementation of the Private Security Act, security firms are now required to establish in-house training facilities and ensure that guards, supervisors, and other personnel follow a structured training program. When enforced rigorously, these standards will significantly enhance the overall quality of security services.
